5/6 Exercised at Gary Peak8 stairmaster [192+]  scale off? Or getting low on food.  On to Kankakee, Il, then Oakwood, Ga., northeast suburb of Atlanta.

Now at the Atlanta terminal, tomorrow to Chattanooga, then to Beaver Falls, NY.

According the little sign on the side of the road, Oakwood is the birthplace of Phil Niekro!

After Houston, am to go to Sugarland and deliver in Newell, WV.  Stopped at West Memphis on the way for   a 10 hour break, exercised at 5:30 pm., Peak8 stairmaster [200+]

Was able to get this live unload in Newell changed to dropping as a relay in Cory.  Reason given, - better utilization and ZDD unload opportunity for an unknown (but truly lucky) trainee.
